Shipping & Refund Policy


If there is an issue with an item, you must send an email to within 2 business days of receiving your order.  If your item has been approved to send back it must be in the mail within 3 business days of receiving with all tags and packing you received your order. We will notify you once we have received and inspected to let you know if it has been accepted. If it has been accepted we will offer you a credit or an exchange option. Accepted returns will be eligible for an exchange or shop credit- No refunds.

*We do not accept returns or exchange items that you damaged. We check items over thoroughly, but we are human and do miss things occasionally. Sizing is not a defect*



  • Our current processing time is 2-3 business days. Once shipped standard shipping takes 2-5 business days to deliver. If your order exceeds standard shipping weight it will be sent Priority. Priority mail shipping time is 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. If an order is placed after business hours on Friday or over the weekend. The order will ship within 1-2 business of the following week.
  • Once your order has shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number.

  • We are not responsible if a package is delayed or lost due to courier issues. If your package is delayed, please contact USPS for more information regarding the delivery.
  • *Due to Covid-19 related carrier delays, actual shipping time (days to arrive at your address after your order has left our warehouse) may take longer than the estimated time given at checkout.
